About Our Client

Our client has been a leading manufacturer of high-quality drilling, countersinking, and cutting tools for metalworking for over 50 years. Our client is a medium-sized, internationally operating industrial company that develops, produces, and sells products and individual solutions for all stages of the machining industry. The product portfolio includes innovative and durable precision tools.

Job Description

  • This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in the sales area of Poland
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Active product demonstrations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • High level of commitment and good self-organization
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency with numbers
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good English is a must
