We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (Eastern Europe) that will be based in the Warsaw office.

About the role:
In this role, you will be part of a commercial team. You will be responsible for strengthening the business growth by building strong relationships with our business partners and working closely with the Marketing team in analysing and measuring market share and business development, against key metrics of marketing & sales activities.

Your key activities:

  1. Responsible for Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia & other export countries business.
  2. Establish good relationships with business partners.
  3. Execute field visits to analyze performance evaluation, opportunities & threats and reporting necessary actions.
  4. Organize & coordinate annual trade plans, promotions, marketing activities.
  5. Tracking and improving market share, penetration, distribution performance.
  6. Seek business development opportunities in related markets.
  7. Lead regular sales evaluation & planning meetings with distributor.
  8. Coordinate BP marketing team for creation of POS materials, targeting and execution control of trade marketing activities.
  9. Coordinate marketing activities with Business Partner & OMRON Marketing teams.
  10. Take active role in events such as pharmacy exhibitions, medical congress, etc.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, engineering or related departments of prominent universities.
  2. 7+ years relevant sales experience in preferably FMCG or Healthcare sector.
  3. Trade marketing experience in a multinational company is a plus.
  4. Pharmacy channel management is a plus.
  5. Having a multi-disciplinary perspective and self-motivated.
  6. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  7. Negotiation skills with strong analytical thinking.
  8. Having a driving license.
