Your Job

  1. In this role you collaborate closely with supervisors and the Shop Management team to craft annual and quarterly sales plans, outlining assortment, seasonality and key brands.
  2. Your duties involve fine-tuning main brands and sub-categories strategies for growth with cross-departmental collaboration with Retail and Marketplace teams and committing demand planning.
  3. You are responsible for tracking and analyzing category performance across all channels and markets. With conclusions based on data and market trends you are driving innovative solutions for category promotions.
  4. You spearhead the development of sales tools and optimizing navigation and category display.
  5. You enhance sales through a deep understanding of different channels and ensuring seamless collaboration among departments within the limango group to bolster sales.

Your Profile

Professional requirements for the candidate:

  1. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly in platform management, with a strong grasp of the kids' categories market (fashion, shoes, toys, baby accessories, baby gear).
  2. You demonstrate expertise in sales management, fluency in English (both verbal and written), and proficient use of the MS Office suite.
  3. Experience in overseeing cross-departmental projects is nice to have for this position.
