Job Description:

Have you got previous experience in sales of IT Consulting services? Are you interested in a 360º role which includes sales, recruitment, and the management of consultants? Our Client is an IT consulting company that provides specialized advisory services to organizations seeking to improve their use and management of technology.

They help businesses navigate the complexities of the digital landscape by offering expert guidance on various aspects, such as Engineering, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Your main responsibilities will include Business Development, Recruitment, Management, and Development of your team.

Your Tasks Will Include:
  1. Researching and analyzing IT market trends to discover new potential customers, new markets, and potential partnerships.
  2. Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster trust and collaboration.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, including identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  4. Creating effective campaigns, generating leads, cold calling, and closing deals.
  5. Being responsible for recruiting and managing resources efficiently.
  6. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  7. Coaching more junior team members.
To be a good fit for the Senior BDM role you will have:
  1. Previous experience with Business Development within the IT sector.
  2. Strong understanding of IT Consulting services in Poland.
  3. Fluent Polish and English.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to interpret data to make strategic business decisions.
  6. Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with key industry players and potential clients.
  7. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
