We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager - Consumer Logistics Europe in Warsaw, Poland to join our Consumer Logistics Europe Team, that is responsible for operationally planning transports and analyzing logistics processes and systems in our AUTO1 Group Logistics Department. In this Department, you revolutionize car transports across Europe with us. As AUTO1 Group, present in over 400 branches in 10 European countries, we are Europe's leading digital automotive platform. Our free online valuation and wide network of branches offer private vehicle owners unique services for the smooth sale of their used car.
Your new Role- Be the driving force for the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA Transport Network
- Lead Key Logistics Initiatives from our European headquarters and implement them with the teams in our local markets
- Focus on the KPIs: Capacity, Lead Times, and Cost
- Work closely with our Product Teams to implement processes in our Tech solutions
- In this function, you will be reporting directly to our Director Consumer Logistics Europe
- Previous experience in consulting or within a fast-paced (Startup) environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with individuals ranging from junior team members to top executives
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects within a cross-functional, international setting
- Proficiency in English at the C1 level
