What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To provide data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends.

This position is for a maternity cover period of approximately 1.5 years, with the possibility of extending the collaboration for an indefinite term.

What We Expect From You?

  1. Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance
  2. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop sales strategies
  4. Assist in forecasting sales projections and budgets
  5. Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify threats and opportunities in the market
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales support initiatives that align with the overall sales strategy.
  7. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
  8. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the sales team as needed
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics
  10. Manage a team of sales support specialists, including monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales support unit.
  12. Support for the KAM team in administration and project management with selected customers

Why You?

  2. If you have 2+ years of experience in sales support or related role
  3. If you are fluent in English & Polish

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, including BI
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
  7. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  8. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  11. Ability to locate in Warsaw, Poland
