Job Description

You will drive new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and executing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects or verticals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships with C-suite personas across all product sales
  • Overseeing client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy, and leading a broad virtual team
  • Being a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap
  • Identifying specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time
