We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our FinTech/Crypto startup with ambitious expansion plans across the Polish and European markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively reach out to new clients and grow a network of business partners.
  • Craft and launch sales strategies that align with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Motivate teammates, collaborate, and celebrate together when goals are hit.
  • Keep an eye on market and competition trends to always stay ahead of the game.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to create solutions that our clients will love.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the retail space (bonus points if you know the FinTech or tech industry).
  • Fluency in Polish and English (a must for team communication).
  • A people-person with a talent for building relationships and a flair for negotiating.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and always up for a challenge.
  • Team-oriented, full of energy, ideas, and a great sense of humor.
