Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist

XTB is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, and indices). Due to continued growth, the company now seeks a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Specialist. The right candidate will be a creative, innovative, enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service (supporting Portuguese clients)
  • Building up positive relationships with customers
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
  • Monitoring the situation on financial markets
  • Working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients' data)
  • Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
  • Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Additional (would be an advantage):
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of financial markets and XTB's core business
Requirements
  • Portuguese language - native or proficiency level required
  • Full-time employment agreement
