YOUR FUTURE TASKS

  1. Develop and maintain customer portfolio and facilitate business growth
  2. Prepare and implement marketing & sales approaches
  3. Grow sea freight & airfreight sectors, both export & import
  4. Represent our company to external customers
  5. Execute strategic sales plan incl. trade and route development
  6. Maintain a good image of the company and good relationships with customers and vendors incl. problem solving
  7. Close cooperation with our procurement & operations departments

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  1. At least 5 years' experience in a sales position or similar in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
  2. Sufficient local market knowledge
  3. Good knowledge in MS Office suite
  4. Strong command of English; while Polish would be an advantage
  5. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  6. Team player with proactive work attitude and a entrepreneurial mindset
  7. Availability for traveling
