Regional Sales Manager

Location: Gdańsk

Scope of responsibilities:

  1. Development of sales of ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors products through active acquisition of Customers and maintaining contacts with current Customers.
  2. Current analysis of market and sales results and investment potential in the subordinate area in order to take appropriate actions.
  3. Monitoring the activities of competitors in the subordinate area.
  4. Implementation of assumed sales and margin plans.
  5. Commercial and technical consulting in the field of products and their sale.
  6. Ensuring timely and correct course of prepared offers.
  7. Preparation of sales reports, analyses and sales forecasts.
  8. Active participation in development projects in the area of commercial offer.
  9. Active participation in the company's marketing activities, taking care of the company's good image on the market.
  10. Implementation of the ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors quality strategy.

Expectations:

  1. At least secondary education, preferably technical.
  2. Experience in the project sales market.
  3. Very good ability to plan and organize your own work.
  4. Focus on improving processes.
  5. High level of customer service standards.
  6. Ability to manage the Sales Department.
  7. Ability to establish, maintain and develop business contacts.
  8. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  9. Experience in working with the CRM system.
  10. Experience in the carpentry industry and knowledge of programs for carpentry valuation (MB CAD, LogiKal, AutoCAD) will be an additional asset.
  11. Driving license category B.
  12. Knowledge of English.
