Business Development Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Are you a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager with a passion for technology and a knack for sales? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager, focused on driving adoption of DocuSign CLM platform.

This role offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in a high-growth market. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and building lasting client relationships. We'll provide you with the support, training, and resources you need to succeed and become a top-performing BDM.

In this role you will...

  • Identify and qualify potential clients who can benefit from DocuSign CLM platform.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify key target segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Present product demonstrations with our pre-sales team and effectively communicate the value proposition of DocuSign CLM solution.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve our offerings and sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and the competitive landscape.

You've got what it takes if you have…

  • Min 5 years experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record selling complex SaaS software with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Ability to dynamically acquire new clients (hunting) via active prospecting, outreach, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  • Independence, responsibility, initiative, and a focus on achieving goals.
  • English language skills essential (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Metrics driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales data.
  • Experience with CLM, HCM platforms, or digital solutions for sales teams is a significant advantage.
