What You Will Do:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  2. Build long-lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized solutions and support
  3. Meet and exceed team key performance indicators (KPIs)
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  5. Handle sensitive customer information securely and confidentially
  6. Implement the latest customer happiness practices and ensure high customer satisfaction rates
  7. Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services
  8. Collaborate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements for Success:

  1. Excellent English and Ukrainian language skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written)
  2. Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role or industry
  3. Strong analytical and research skills to troubleshoot complex issues
  4. A positive and responsible attitude towards work and customers
  5. Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Bonus Requirements:

  1. Experience in technical support, preferably in a similar field or industry
  2. Experience with CRM systems and software
