Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through in-app support chat and other channels
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and with empathy to ensure customers feel valued
  • Go beyond simply answering questions, focus on resolving issues fully
  • Actively identify and suggest improvements within the team and company processes

What You'll Need:

  • Fluency in English and Polish (C1 level or higher)
  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule across a 7-day work week
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to providing exceptional service
