Job Description: As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide. You will communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls, build positive relationships, meet team KPIs, and maintain knowledge of our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers in Czech and English (B2) via phone or email.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology.
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
