Job OverviewThis is a hybrid role working from Krakow, where you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products. Your primary focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner while maintaining positive relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process orders through various stages, return authorisations and credit note requests in relevant ERP systems.
- Prioritise workload, organise time to meet deadlines for yourself and the team.
- Highlight concerns over workload or change in priorities to managers.
- Process customer invoices following procedures closely and ensuring fast and accurate turnaround.
- Support reconciliation of consignment stock as directed, ensuring accurate updates and efficient follow-up.
- Handle basic email queries from customers via CRM systems.
- Perform other administrative duties based around the order-to-cash cycle shared by managers.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly in order-to-cash processes.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive tone, manage multiple priorities, and stay composed under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
