Multilingual Customer Care Professional

We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Care Professional who is fluent in Italian to join our team. As a key point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your main duties will include:
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, including return authorizations and credit note requests.
- Communication: Maintaining regular communication with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products, creating a positive and lasting impact on our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly in order-to-cash processes.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive tone, manage multiple priorities, and stay composed under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
