About the Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide support via multiple channels, including calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Fluency in German and English is essential.
