Motife Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual IT Service Desk Professional to join our team. As an L1 Support Engineer, you will provide expert phone, email, and chat support to end users for one of our prestigious clients.

About the Job Description

In this critical position, you will be responsible for handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, logging incidents according to procedures, and diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows systems, networks (LAN, WAN, VPN), and Citrix.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Citrix
  • Hands-on experience working in ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc.

You will also be responsible for monitoring tickets and ensuring timely issue resolution, creating and updating documentation in the knowledge base, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
