**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented L1 Service Desk Analyst with German to join our team at Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o.

As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our customers, resolving technical issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior teams as required.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Receiving and responding to customer service requests and incidents via phone, email, or intranet
  • Updating incidents with relevant information in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Providing regular updates to customers on incident status and progress
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • C1 level proficiency in English and German languages
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Service Desk/Technical Support with remote support expertise for laptops/desktops/LAN issues/application support
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows operating systems (XP-10), browsers, MS Office suite, registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus/T/S security, encryptions, and basic networking knowledge
