Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle and respond to customer inquiries and incoming calls efficiently.
  2. Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
  3. Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
  4. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  5. Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
  6. Develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
  7. Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
  8. Contribute beyond the scope of regular duties.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Mandarin, Polish, English + additional European language at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory.
  2. Enthusiastic and communicative approach.
  3. Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
  4. Strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
