The Role:

Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients and customers.

Your primary objective will be to provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. To achieve this, you will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.

A strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail are essential skills for this role, along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in Danish and English is required, as you will be interacting with customers via multiple channels.
