We are looking for a talented Technical Support Representative to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls and emails, while building positive and long-lasting relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, with a focus on providing expert advice on outdoor gear and motorcycle equipment. You will also need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services, while securely working with customers' sensitive information.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of proficiency in Polish and English, with a C1 level of spoken and written language
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise solutions to complex problems
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • A personal laptop or computer, with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
