About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and distributors, responding timely and effectively to their queries via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client and distributor inquiries.
  • Support technical and ad-hoc project roll-outs, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Herbalife brand, maintaining a positive image and adhering to corporate values and goals.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing and positive attitude
  • A strong desire to make a positive contribution to the team, internal customers, and distributors
  • High ability to coach, educate, and positively influence distributors
  • Fast learning with experience in change management
  • Self-motivation and great organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Min. C1 in Norwegian
  • Very good command of English (min. B2)
  • PC literacy is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No experience needed
  • Any additional European language is a big advantage
