Job Description:

TTEC Europe is seeking a highly skilled Travel Customer Service Representative to support our accommodation partners in Polish and English. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving basic questions and queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of partner service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
