QLF Brands B.V. is an international organization operating in 36 European countries with a team of over 160 colleagues. Our company represents three sparkling brands: QAZQA, Lampenlicht, and FittinQ. We design, produce, and distribute lighting articles that create the right atmosphere.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a multilingual customer service employee to join our vibrant team at our head office in Barcelona. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and handle their inquiries via email, telephone, or chat. You will also support our foreign customer service teams by speaking and writing fluently in English and another language.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues through various channels
- Maintaining accurate records and data in our CRM system
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in English and another language (such as Spanish, Swedish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08.00-17.00 (including one hour lunch break)
