We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and service. Your main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, moderate and review Kahoot games, and stay up-to-date with our products and services.

About the Team

Our General Support team is a tight-knit group of individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and values, and who is committed to making a positive impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or hospitality services.
  • Experience in managing Customer Relation Systems (CRS) like Zendesk is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Multilingual written skills, such as Spanish or another language, are a plus.
