Job Description

As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely manner.

• Addressing customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions.

• Processing customer requests and maintaining accurate records in our database.

• Supporting the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.

• Developing and proposing innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

• Collaborating with team members to build their skills and capabilities.

• Contributing to cross-departmental projects beyond regular duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent proficiency in Czech (C1) - mandatory.
  • Fluent proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Bulgarian, or Croatian (C1) - mandatory.
  • Enthusiastic and communicative approach.
  • Willingness to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
