We are seeking an enthusiastic and communicative Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team in Kraków. The company is renowned for its dedication to customer satisfaction and innovation, offering a dynamic work environment that emphasizes professional growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls.
  2. Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
  3. Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
  4. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
  5. Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
  6. Develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
  7. Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
  8. Engage in cross-departmental projects, contributing beyond the scope of regular duties.
Requirements:
