To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A C2 proficiency in French and C1 in English.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with a focus on language skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (local time).
