Customer Service Representative with German Language Skills

At ENGINEERINGUK, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with German language skills to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive efficient and effective support in their preferred language.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting our prestigious brand on the European market, providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customer's queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
- Upselling and promoting products
Requirements:
- German at C1 level or above
- English at B1/B2 level would be an asset
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts 24/7
- Basic knowledge regarding electric vehicles will be a plus
