We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our team in Kraków. As a representative of an American IT company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to key business customers.

About the Role:

  • You will work in a hybrid model, providing support to customers via phone, email, or other channels
  • Constant communication with other departments from the operational area is required
  • Preparation of reports and identification of needs to assist with customer training courses

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in corporate customer service
  • Excellent English language skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Ability to establish strong business relationships and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work with large amounts of data
  • Familiarity with the technical industry is an asset
