Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team in Kraków. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone, or system
  • Process orders in relevant customer service systems, including order entry
  • Manage service administration and complaint handling
  • Assist with billing inquiries, including price quotations, price checks, and item quantity
  • Perform general administration tasks, including customer file maintenance and sales contracts

Requirements:

  • Strong background in customer services with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Fluent English at least CEFR C1 level and fluency in one of the following service languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch
