- Language Skills: Good fluency in German & English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical as Voice Support.
- Complaint Handling: Experience handling complaints; driven to deliver an excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response times.
- Communication: Experience working and managing communications with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders.
- Crm Application: Experience with SAP or similar CRM applications.
