Help Desk Technician with German Skills

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with German Skills to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access.
About the Role:You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of German and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with remote tools
