About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  2. Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions.
  3. Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
Requirements
  1. Fluent proficiency in Danish and English (C1 level) is mandatory.
  2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges.
