We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer with strong communication skills in English and Swedish to join our team. As an L1 Support Engineer, you will provide top-notch phone, email, and chat support to end-users for one of our prestigious clients. Your primary responsibilities include handling incoming requests via multiple channels, logging incidents according to established procedures, and resolving issues related to Windows systems, networks (LAN, WAN, VPN), and Citrix.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Experience in a service desk environment
  • ITIL awareness
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Citrix
  • Hands-on experience working in ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, etc.
