We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with German language skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.

You will work closely with back-office teams to handle escalations and provide interactive solutions through chat, email, and MS Teams. Your goal is to grow your experience, skill, and understanding of various job roles while interacting with diverse people on different problems.
