Multilingual Technical Support SpecialistAs a Multilingual Technical Support Specialist at Capita, you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment.

Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting customers through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customer's queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
- Upselling and promoting products.
Skills you need to succeed:
- German/French AND ITALIAN at C1 level or above
- English at B1/B2 level would be an asset.
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)
- Willingness to work on the basis of a mandate contract for a period of two weeks. The next contract is an employment contract for an indefinite period.
