Job Overview

As a Senior Technical Service Specialist at TE Connectivity, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical support to our customers across Europe. Your primary focus will be on managing cross-functional product management, tender teams, and project teams to ensure seamless sales solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to identify and anticipate customer needs. You will be responsible for defining, selecting, and verifying products/solutions applicable to customer-specific requirements, as well as estimating and analyzing costs of the product(s) as support for product management, purchase & finance unit.

Your background should include a minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar disciplines, along with working knowledge of electrical equipment and insulation technology for industrial and utility applications. Expertise in HV cable accessories and cable technologies is mandatory, while experience with project management and task forces is highly desirable.
