Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing and solving complex technical problems.
  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests, such as products and invoices.
  • Making changes to the system as necessary.
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments when required.
  • Upselling and promoting products to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in languages such as German, French, Italian, and English.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work on a mandate contract basis initially, with opportunities for employment contracts.
