Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve client software installation and licensing issues using troubleshooting skills
  • Analyze, document, and resolve issues to enhance the team's knowledge and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Manage caseload independently and take calculated risks when necessary
  • Convey urgency to resolve customers' problems and maintain a positive, professional disposition during support calls and written communication
  • Research and identify program and system conflicts that may prevent clients from installing, licensing, or using Autodesk software
Requirements
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, MAC, Linux) and general program installation experience
  • Comfort with Windows system tasks (installs/uninstalls/system troubleshooting)
  • Customer service experience or Technical Support experience
  • Able to learn quickly and think critically
