We are looking for experienced Client-Relationship Managers (affluent and HNWI), Private Bankers and Wealth Managers. Are you good at building, developing and extending relationships? Job Description

Astra Worldwide is a leading International Independent Financial Advisory, specializing in providing high-quality tailored financial advice to wealthy private clients. Due to developing business in Poland, we are looking for a Financial Adviser/Client Relationship Manager who will concentrate on acquisition, consulting, and servicing customers among expatriates and local HNWI in Poland. You will be able to develop your sales and client relationship skills and create a team of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Create the book of clients
  • Consulting clients
  • Constructing and presenting tailored solutions for client's requests
  • Maintain effective relationships with prospects
  • Develop the chain of partners and sales agents
  • Drive innovative pathway development for our portfolio

Key job requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales Banking/Insurance/Investment services to private clients (affluent and HNWI)
  • Strong communication, solution selling, and negotiation skills
  • Assertive and motivated
  • Ability to work within a dynamic environment which is fast developing. Will need to anticipate changing organizational needs and work to competitive market pressures.
  • Experience in working with HNWI and Expatriates
  • Fluent written and communication skills in English are a must
