About the RoleKey Responsibilities- Lead sales activities for RIFE, our proprietary product for banks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various lead generation strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and manage them from start to finish.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients in the banking industry, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
- Cooperate with internal teams to align sales goals and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and comprehensive sales documentation for potential clients in close cooperation with internal teams responsible for the product.
- Proven track record of success in IT product sales in the banking sector.
- Experience in Business Development in Poland.
- Ability to develop new opportunities into sold projects.
- A network of contacts in the banking market and a strong ability to generate leads through networking events, referrals, and other channels.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of IT implementation projects in the banking industry.
- At least basic understanding of insurance products.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
