Sales Development SpecialistThe Sales Development Specialist is the first person to contact gastronomy outlets in order to build the value of our brands.
Meaningful Work From Day One
The role of Sales Development Specialist is created to provide excellent customer service and experience as well as build sales based on its customers. This person supports the On-Trade team and is responsible for reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
What You Can Expect
- Achieving given brand objectives.
- Achieving appointed sales, distribution, and visibility objectives.
- Implementing and evaluating promotional activities – providing best solutions, timing, and placing.
- Regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan.
- Daily visiting 10 customers.
- Building a database of 100 regularly visited customers.
- Building excellent relationships with customers.
- Developing account management capabilities by contract negotiations (under RSM supervision).
- Ensuring optimum stock levels within all serviced customers.
- Collecting orders and controlling deliveries.
- Collecting and updating information about competitors' activities.
- Conducting brand training for trade partners – under supervision.
- Reporting on the Mobile Reporting System.
- Prepared to work flexible hours.
