This position exists to support the HQ P&C Business Partners team with a range of processes and initiatives/projects across various sub-functional areas including Personnel Administration, Rewards, HC Reporting & Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent & LD Management. The role focuses on activities that can be executed in the background with minimum direct employee interaction.

The main objectives of this role are to support the dedicated HQ P&C Business Partners sub-team in the employee life cycle processes for Global Functions (R&D, QA) employees, liaising between the GBS, local P&C, Local Rewards, Payroll, and Global Mobility teams for certain groups of global employees, functional project assignees administration, and related HC planning and reporting support for dedicated global functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. P&C Data management:
  • Headcount Data Maintenance: Maintain headcount data and analyze FTE variances using tracking systems and the My Position Cost system.
  • SAP Data Maintenance: Oversee org structure development, data quality review, coordination, and reporting (including JSOX controls; CLC 41).
  • Access Management and Audit: Handle access management and conduct roles audits.
Assignment Coordination:
  • Arrival/Departures Monitoring: Monitor employee arrivals and departures (specifics to be determined).
  • APRO Assignments Initiation: Initiate APRO assignments.
  • Project Assignments Support: Assist with project assignments, including document flow, bonus calculations, and payout letters (specifics to be determined).
Project Support:
  • Collaborate on regular projects (e.g., Top Employer, Inspired by You, Make It Bright, Employee Engagement survey) in conjunction with respective P&C BP Directors/Managers.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and act as an expert in the designated area. Suggest improvements to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and a smooth experience for employees.
Topic Advocacy / Team representation:
  • Lead certain topics on behalf of the PPM team (being the SPOC for PPMs, process facilitation, discussions with respective teams).

Who are we looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 2-4 years relevant P&C experience in a multinational organization is a strong requirement.
  • Proven experience in Personnel Administration (hire-to-retire), Organization Design, Talent Management, HR analytics.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR on-premise and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a nice-to-have.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong customer orientation/interpersonal skills, pro-active, strong sense of urgency, autonomous but good team orientation required, structured, well-organized, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Agile or Project Management exposure is a strong asset.
  • Ability to re-design and improve allocated processes is a strong plus.
