Job DetailsRole Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation of People Technology systems across your region for all Natura &Co Group Brands.
- Ensure data integrity, maintain systems security, and manage system configuration within Workday and other relevant people systems.
- Provide tier 1 or 2 support on Workday system queries within your remit and region.
- Maintain appropriate access levels for system users in line with SOX and GDPR requirements.
- Deliver functional changes to Global HR policy/process within the solutions.
- Integrate and accurately transfer data between non-HR global platforms and core HR platforms.
- Review, prioritize, and resolve system incidents raised.
- Deliver HR user training within the region within remit.
- Update Workday configuration documents and create unit test scripts.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday configuration and overall system knowledge.
- Experience of HR processes and working within an HR function is desired.
- Customer service and strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
- Passionate about the potential of technology within HR, keeping abreast of market developments, new tools, approaches, and vendors.
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end HR transformation.
- Deep technical and functional knowledge of HR/HRIS Systems.
- Understanding of HR strategies and policies.
- Fluent English.
