WPP IT is undergoing a significant transformation to modernise ways of working, shift to cloud and micro-service-based architectures, drive automation, digitise colleague and client experiences and deliver insight from WPP's petabytes of data.

We are looking for a person to fill the position:IT SupportKey responsibilities:
  1. managing IT onboarding process,
  2. procure needed IT Hardware (laptops, accessories),
  3. perform compliance support for IT controls,
  4. managing local ERP system user accounts,
  5. to provide live broadcast, audio and video services support at all events and meetings to be held outside the office,
  6. collaborating with 3rd party service provider for printing systems,
  7. managing IT Hardware assets,
  8. compliance/security projects,
  9. supporting users with ticket creation and way of working with Third party supplier.
Skill requirements:
  1. to be a member of the teams that provide end-user support for at least 2 years,
  2. high level experience of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products,
  3. exceptional end user support service skills with a problem-solving attitude,
  4. multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
  5. able to troubleshoot a large variety of technical issues,
  6. experience in remote support,
  7. advanced knowledge of the following: O365, macOS, IOS and android, peripherals unit management, wiring, printing techs, audio-visual systems,
  8. fluent in Polish and English.
