Are you a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager with a passion for technology and a knack for sales? Do you envision yourself thriving in the fast-paced world of SaaS, specializing in cutting-edge paperless validation and QMS software? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager, focused on driving adoption of paperless validation and QMS software in the Life Sciences sector across Europe and the United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in an international environment.

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and building lasting client relationships. We'll provide you with the support, training, and resources you need to succeed and become a top-performing BDM.

In this role you will...

  • Actively acquire new clients from the Life Sciences sector in Europe and the USA.
  • Generate leads from trade shows, regional networking events, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs around validation and quality assurance areas and present them with our tailored solutions from the company's portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report sales progress and results to the Sales Director.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and other networking events.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • Min 5 years experience in B2B sales (experience in the Life Sciences industry will be an advantage).
  • Proven track record selling complex SaaS software (min. 3 years experience).
  • Ability to dynamically acquire new clients (hunting) via active prospecting, outreach, cold calling and other sales techniques.
  • Independence, responsibility, initiative and a focus on achieving goals.
  • English language skills essential (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel (Europe and USA) a few times per year.
  • Metrics driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales data.
