Easy Dev is a young, rapidly growing IT startup with a strong technical foundation. Our team consists of 10 professionals, and we've successfully completed several projects under NDA, details of which can be shared upon request. We have a brandbook, active social media accounts, and a temporary version of our website (still under development). Additionally, we have a company presentation that includes all the necessary information about our services, values, and portfolio examples. We also have a price list for all the services we offer.

At Easy Dev, we specialize in:

  • Web Development - landing pages, corporate websites, e-commerce websites.
  • Mobile App Development - currently only for iOS/Android, excluding platforms like smartwatches, and not providing assistance with app publication.
  • AI solutions - custom LLM/NLP models.
  • Admin panels for various business needs - such as booking tables for restaurants or hotel reservations.
  • Digital design services - logos, banners, social media posts, brand books, web and mobile design, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize our materials (presentation, price list) to effectively pitch and acquire clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (B2+).
  • Understanding of the Polish IT market.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to close deals.

Compensation:

The salary will be commission-based, ranging from 20% to 40% of the closed deal value (exact percentage is negotiable). The cooperation will be through a freelancer contract (the template will be sent after the interview).

Examples:

  • If you close a deal worth 10,000 EUR, you will receive 20% of that amount, which equals 2,000 EUR.
  • If you close two deals in one month (5,000 EUR and 10,000 EUR), you will receive 20% of each deal, totaling 1,000 EUR + 2,000 EUR = 3,000 EUR.
  • If NO deals are closed, NO salary is paid.

We are looking for a candidate with existing sales experience who is motivated to earn more, or someone with transferable skills. We kindly ask beginners or individuals with no relevant experience not to apply.
